What you get

The five answers every Review gives.

01

Where money is leaking

02

Where time is being wasted

03

What technology should stay

04

What technology should go

05

The order in which to fix it

What we examine

The seven systems we examine.

Sales

How does an enquiry become a client, and where does it stall?

Marketing

What brings enquiries in, and what does each source really cost?

CRM and data

Can you trust what your CRM tells you?

Automation

Which repeated tasks still depend on someone remembering?

AI

Where would it genuinely help, and where would it only add noise?

Operations

How does work move through your team, and where does it wait?

Technology spend

What are you paying for, and what is it returning?

How we measure

Three measures. Every figure shows its working.

Leakage

Dollars a year, lost to missed, slow or abandoned enquiries and work.

Drag

Hours a week, spent on work that a better system would remove.

Maturity

A 1 to 5 score for each of the seven systems.

You can check every figure against your own books and records.

Our Sequence

In the order that pays back first.

01

Stop the leak

Recover the revenue that is slipping away.

02

Fix the foundation

Reliable data, a working CRM and clear process.

03

Automate the repeatable

Remove manual work that follows a pattern.

04

Apply AI

Once the foundation can carry it.

05

Then optimise

Measure, adjust and keep improving.

Our Independence Principle

Advice that does not depend on what we can sell you.

  • We will tell you what to keep, even when keeping it earns us nothing.
  • Every recommendation names the alternatives we considered.
  • Any commercial interest we hold in a recommended platform is declared in writing.
  • You own your accounts and your data, always.
How a Review runs

Five steps, from first brief to final readout.

  1. Brief and data request
  2. Interviews with owner, leadership and front-line staff
  3. Observed walk-throughs of your most frequent workflows
  4. Analysis and scoring
  5. One-to-one readout of findings and the roadmap
What you receive

A clear record you can act on.

  • Scorecard across seven systems
  • Technology verdicts: Keep, Fix, Consolidate, Retire
  • Opportunity matrix
  • Phased roadmap
  • Financial summary with every figure traced
  • A readout session

In our clients’ words. Unedited, from Google.

Questions

Before you book.

Do you always recommend the same platform?

No. Existing tools are presumed to stay unless a change clearly pays for itself after switching costs.

Do I have to buy a build afterwards?

No. The Review stands on its own. You are free to implement it yourself, with another provider, or with us.

Who owns the systems and data?

You do. Your accounts and your data remain yours, always.

How long does it take?

Typically 7 to 10 working days after interviews are complete.

Who will I need to speak to?

You, the owner, plus leadership and the front-line staff who do the day-to-day work. The most useful findings come from the gap between how a process is meant to run and how it actually runs.

What if our team is larger than 30 people?

We still work with you. Larger teams need more interviews and more analysis, so we quote them individually and confirm a fixed fee before you commit.

What is the refund policy?

Because the Review involves significant analysis before you receive anything, we do not offer refunds once the work has begun. If anything in your findings is unclear, or you feel something was not covered, we will work through it with you until it is.
